The Classifieds Marketplace and Real Estate portals are designed for legitimate, transparent commerce. The following actions result in immediate, permanent hardware-level IP bans:

• Falsifying property details, hiding salvaged auto titles, or misrepresenting merchandise condition.
• Attempting to hijack payments off-platform via non-secure wire transfers or deceptive escrow services.
• Posting "ghost" job listings designed for phishing or unauthorized data collection.
• Selling stolen, illicit, or legally restricted merchandise.

Our Gamification Engine and XP system rely on authentic community interaction. The Local Guide badges are symbols of legitimate authority. We enforce a strict ban protocol against:

• Review Bombing: Coordinating malicious mass negative reviews against a local business.
• Paid Testimonials: Exchanging currency, goods, or favors for fabricated 5-star reviews to boost your XP.
• Account Farming: Creating multiple "burner" accounts to aggressively manipulate your own business's Trust Score.

We are a tool for the local city infrastructure. Harassment, doxxing, hate speech, and retaliatory actions against other community members or local business owners will trigger law enforcement escalation and an immediate ban. Keep your interactions highly professional.
