We do not sell, rent, or independently distribute user or business data to external advertising agencies. Our mapping technology relies on open-source OpenStreetMap architectures.
We utilize cookies and local storage tokens to maintain authenticated sessions (utilizing strictly secure, HttpOnly parameters). Because our directory is proximity-based, we also explicitly cache anonymous geospatial coordinates in your local browser state to actively compute distances relative to local businesses in real-time.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you actively retain the absolute right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate arrays, or formally exercise your "Right to be Forgotten" via complete account deletion. The Local City Walk platform is designed exclusively for adult professionals and consumers navigating local commerce. We do not explicitly or knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
